If you didn’t think the coolest gym around could get any better….it did! Gold’s Gym on Chapel Hill Road in Douglasville, GA is now open 24 hours. That means the members from Douglasville and nearby areas such as Lithia Springs, Winston, Villa Rica, Dallas and Hiram can now get the same great Gold’s Gym experience any time. “For people who need late nights (or early mornings) for their workouts, it’s great!,” said Gold’s Gym member Dawn Frey. “My husband went in the other night and was impressed with the activity in the club. It’s a great addition.”

“I love the fact that there is always a manager on duty”, commented another member. Unlike many 24 hour gyms that rely on key cards for after hours access, Gold’s Gym maintains an attendant who provides service and security for all members and guests using the facility. Gold’s Gym on Chapel Hill Rd. opens Monday at 4 a.m. and stays open until Friday night at 10 p.m. Weekend hours are: Saturday 8-6 and Sunday 10-6.
